Running Fox reports results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

At the Company''s annual general meeting held on Sept. 16, 2011, Running Fox''s shareholders approved all resolutions as described in the information circular. On the meeting date Wayne Waters decided not to stand for re-election however remains on the Geological Advisory Panel, the Company thanks Mr. Waters for his positive contributions over many years.

Shareholders re-elected previous directors Steven Schurman, Michael Meyers, and Shane Meyers, reappointed Saturna Group LLP as the company''s auditor, and approved a proposed stock option plan as described in the information circular. Following the meeting all previous officers were reappointed.

Steven Schurman, Chief Executive Officer, extends his thanks to the shareholders of the Company for their continued support.
